food splurge

I have to tell you, Hopworks has an incredible burger right now, which is definitely not on my list “Heather being good.” It’s called the rocket burger, and is a burger with swiss cheese, carmelized onions, whole roasted garlic cloves (there had to be at least eight, this was a way too large burger), topped with an arugala salad with a light lemon vinegrette, hazelnuts and feta. Oh, and they fried a bit of cheddar onto the bun, mostly to keep the bun from looking too virtuous. Completely nuts with an IPA, and I can already tell that I’m going to up my workouts specifically so I can go back.

I did tell them to hold the aioli, so that’s virtuous, right?
