Terribly spoiled – a walk to a world-class restaurant for an amazing meal last night, followed by a lunch of chevre stuffed, fried squash blossoms, and dinner tonight is entirely local – wild salmon, eastern oregon steak, asparagus on the grill, local couscous on the grill, Oregonian wine-club wines. Summer in Oregon? Success! You should visit, I’ll do right by you.
